Let’s dive in.
How to Keep More Clients (Without Working More Hours)
Medical Providers work incredibly hard to help people heal. But too often, we lose clients before real progress is made—not because of clinical issues, but because of preventable operational gaps.
Here are three practical strategies to improve patient retention in your Telehealth practice:
✅ Set expectations early. During the first session, outline the typical therapy timeline, how often sessions should occur, and how progress is reviewed. Clients who know what to expect are more likely to stay engaged.
✅ Use automated reminders. No-shows are a major retention killer, and they make us sad like Michael Jordan. Automate text or email appointment reminders to reduce missed sessions without lifting a finger.
✅ Make rebooking part of every session. Before wrapping up, schedule the next session together. It’s simple, effective, and makes continuing care the default option.
These small changes can lead to much better outcomes—for your clients and your business.
